Task :
People typically do not feel comfortable in new alien environments which is something that runs as an experience across any hotel chain. Also, the needs of the Business and Leisure traveler are poles apart. The task for the Agency was to integrate and make the communication and the brand relevant to the two kinds of travelers.
Insight :
We tapped into the human insight that when people have nothing playing on their mind, they instinctively display behaviour which cues them being at ease. Most commonly, they put their ‘Feet up’.
Strategy :
Keys Hotels & Resorts pays attention to all the little needs and service requirements that may arise when one is out of home and delivers it through young and cheerful staff in a modern, vibrant environment. Also, people putting ‘feet up’ became the recurring visual motif that tied the Keys story together positioning Keys as a place that effortlessly puts people at ease.
